So, this episode did a couple things: It made me super excited for more, but also left me confused as to what the heck I just watched.
If I had to compare it, it would be like riding a rollercoaster I had never been on before and it was all amazing until the last part when we ended up stuck hanging upside down on the ride due to a malfunction. And even after that, I still want to go on it next time.
This show was much more than what anyone had expected
This season was definitely enjoyable, but it is not without flaws.
I do think it is a great example of how far both Yuri and Yurio have come, but at the same time, nothing much else happens.
While I don't know if I would consider this the best episode of the season, it was very well executed, from animation to music, and even answered questions that were established back in season 1.
While it's nice to get backstories on another character, it shouldn't come at the expense of the actual plot.
