I'm attending A-kon 28!!
While 2016 was definitely a terrible year, in most aspects, we at least got some good anime out of the deal.
This episode had drama, plot progression, action, and even a deeper look at some of the characters, in particular Hajime, Uno, and a little bit of Musashi.
While it's nice to get backstories on another character, it shouldn't come at the expense of the actual plot.
It is actually unbelievable how they had such an important plot element to the show, yet most of the episode focuses on other characters or the love triangle between the guards and the Warden.
It had me laughing more than the original Japanese version.
So this episode definitely showed off the potential, whether good or bad, of what Nanbaka can do.
